Free shipping on orders over $100. Below that, shipping is a flat $8.00 per order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Orders that reach us before 2:00 PM CST/CDT (Central Time) on a processing day go into packing the same day. Packing takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays), delivery takes 5-8 business days (Monday to Saturday), which is 6-10 business days in total from order confirmation. Every order ships with tracking. The link comes by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse and the same status is available any time on our Track Order page.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something. Email support@ellerhurstandco.com first: the return address comes with the confirmation, and a parcel that arrives unannounced cannot be matched to an order.
Send items back unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached. If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours; if the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay it. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives and has been checked.

Size and fit
This piece is offered in the sizes shown in the size selector above. Sizes that are greyed out are sold out in that color rather than discontinued.
The whole store uses one size notation, US letter sizing from XS through 5XL, written the same way on every product: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL. There is no second scale to convert from and no numeric sizing anywhere in the store.
We do not publish measurements or a size chart, because we do not hold verified figures for these pieces and we would rather leave that out than print a guess. If you are between sizes or want to know what a piece looks like on, write to support@ellerhurstandco.com before you order and we will tell you what the listing actually shows. If the size does not work out, the 14-day return route above applies, and for a different size the fastest way is to register the return and place a new order.

How do I return something?
Email support@ellerhurstandco.com within 14 days of delivery. You get the return address with the confirmation. Send the item back unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached, and the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives and has been checked.
Will the color look the same on my screen?
Screens render color differently, so a shade can read slightly warmer or cooler than on your display. The color names in the picker are the names we use everywhere in the store, and the first image of each color shows that color.
Can I still change my order after checkout?
Only while the order has not entered processing, which in practice means the same business day before 2:00 PM CST/CDT (Central Time). After that the label is printed. You can still return the order after delivery under the 14-day return window.
